1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tradevora AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Tradevora AI is a software platform designed to help traders view market structure, automated levels, order flow context, absorption activity, sweep activity, and related educational insights.

Tradevora AI is not a broker, investment advisor, financial advisor, trading advisor, or automated trading system. The platform is provided for educational, informational, and research purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on Tradevora AI, including live zones, absorption alerts, sweep alerts, trade setups, AI-generated explanations, quality scores, dashboard outputs, notifications, or any other platform content, should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, enter, or exit any financial instrument.

All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

4. Trading Risk

Trading futures, equities, options, foreign exchange, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Markets can move quickly and unpredictably. You may lose some or all of your capital.

You are solely responsible for evaluating risk, position sizing, trade execution, and whether any platform output is appropriate for your own situation.

5. No Performance Guarantees

Tradevora AI does not guarantee profits, payouts, accuracy, win rate, account growth, or trading results. Past performance, historical examples, testimonials, screenshots, simulated results, quality scores, or platform outputs do not guarantee future results.

6. Platform Outputs and Delays

Tradevora AI relies on automated systems, third-party services, TradingView alerts, webhook data, market data sources, and other technical infrastructure. Platform data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable, or interrupted.

You agree not to rely solely on Tradevora AI for trading decisions.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, and any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account access, resell access, copy protected content, or attempt to bypass platform permissions or subscription restrictions.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription access, billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment management may be handled through Whop or another third-party payment provider. By purchasing access, you agree to the pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms presented at checkout or through the payment provider.

Tradevora AI does not control all payment processing timelines, bank behavior, card issuer behavior, or third-party billing platform decisions.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the policy presented at checkout or by Tradevora AI support. Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, abuse of access, or attempts to receive paid access without payment may result in account restriction or removal.

10. Intellectual Property

Tradevora AI, including its platform design, software, tools, dashboards, TradingView indicators, zone logic, order flow logic, AI features, educational materials, text, branding, visuals, and related systems are owned by Tradevora AI or its respective owners.

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, scrape, share, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, abuse API endpoints, share paid-only content publicly, resell access, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or harms Tradevora AI or other users.

12. No Warranty

Tradevora AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any particular trading or financial purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradevora AI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, account losses, missed trades, technical issues, delayed alerts, incorrect outputs, subscription issues, data errors, platform interruptions, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

14. Changes to Terms

Tradevora AI may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If the terms are materially updated, users may be required to accept the updated version before continuing to use the platform.
